Cheryl Smith has a VERY dedicated staff that works hard to make sure her tenants are taken care of. When I informed Ms. Smith that my mother took ill and had to go to NY with my son on the fly, I was worried about a work order (which by the way was scheduled and prepared with NO PROBLEMS), Ms. Smith assured me that there would be nothing to worry about. I feel very relieved. :-)....... Cindy has always been cordial and diligent when I have been on the phone with her. I COMPLETELY ENDORSE Cheryl Smith Realty !! UPDATE: NEXT DAY - after re-reading the email from handyman, I just called the office again as per Handyman's instructions, and Dolores allowed me to explain my point of view, my concerns, and I asked her what I should do since I feel like things are getting misconstrued in the conversations I am passing back and forth. Without hesitation, Dolores was on top of the situation and handled it I love when a company steps up for the client/customer. No complaints here! Thank you Ms. Smith and company!! :-)

Cheryl was great through my whole process of selling my house. From time it was put on market to time it was sold was very fast. Had many offers. She knows her stuff and is very upfront and honest.If she suggest something and you choose not to listen, thats on you and the sale of your house. Very happy with her!
